Job Description:

Profile 1:

Executive/Senior Executive-International Sales/ Direct Sales
The team member will be responsible for selling Naukri portal to the HR professionals in Gulf/ India. The person works in B2B sales team of the company and will play an important role in generating revenue, identifying new markets and and overall growth of the business.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Will tap Gulf / Africa /South East Asia / India market and target the corporate and new establishments for selling Naukri portal.
Creating database of clients through enhanced cold calls.
Do extensive search on the net (Job-Sites / Google) in order to find out prospective clients.
Do direct calls to Large / Medium and Small IT clients briefing them about hot jobs.

Requirements :

Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales/business development/ Client Servicing / Marketing can apply.
People looking for a taste of corporate experience and inhouse sales profiles are encouraged to apply.
Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Good in computers MS-OFFICE and Internet.

Profile 2:

Executive- Customer Support (Non Sales)
The team member will be responsible for handling the HR Professionals who have subscribed to our services, handle their queries and concerns, impart product training, and completing handling the post sales function.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Interacting with the HR Professionals on pan India basis. Conducting Online Recruiter training, handling inbound calls and solve queries of the client.
Suggesting the appropriate keywords to the recruiters in order to help them out in finding most relevant CVs from the database. Identifying unique openings through direct interaction& from various sources.
Convince the client to approve posting all live requirements on Naukri.
Internal co-ordinations on job posting to ensure that the acquired jobs are posted properly & on time.

Requirements :

Only Graduates/ part time Post Graduates with 0 to 6 months of experience can apply.
People looking for a taste of corporate experience and non sales profiles are encouraged to apply.
Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Good in computers MS-OFFICE and Internet.
Good convincing power, phone etiquettes are must.
