Job Description:
1. Provide chat, email support to resolve user queries with proactive troubleshooting

2. Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies

3. Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality

4. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time

5. Typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute with 99% accuracy

6. Should have experience of using chat tools such as Bold Chat, Zopim Chat, Live Chat etc

7. Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment

8. Should possess robust writing skills in both email and chat with proper grammar and punctuation

Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in product support via chat and email will be preferred.

Required Skills: 
1. Strong analytical and problem solving and troubleshooting skills

2. Keen eye for detail with the ability to finish work in a quick turnaround time

3. Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken

4. Should work as a team player and work with minimal supervision

5. Previous experience in training and development industry as Customer Support Executive is an added advantage
