Job Description:
1. Involve in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.

2. Collecting requirement from respective Team Lead.

3. Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.

4. Searching for qualified candidates on various job portals and also various groups, free sites, by applying appropriate search strings.

5. Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay structures and close open positions.

6. Timely communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.

7. Interview assessment and applicant evaluation to determine their qualification and appropriate match with client needs.

8. Answering employee questions regarding, policies and procedures, open positions, and benefits, etc.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: BA / BBA / MBA (HR)

Desired Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills (good command over the English language).

2. Experience with IT Hiring – LAMP, Mobile Application and other core technologies.

3. Individually should be able to take technical interviews and short list candidates.

4. Flexible with the working hours/schedule.Good command over MS Word and MS Excel.

5. Have a positive attitude and desire to succeed.

6. Self motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
