We are hiring for a Voice based Inbound Technical Support Process. Contract 6 months/ Permanent
– Help customers in solving technical issues
– Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
– Trouble shoot OS and hardware issues
– Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
– Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
– Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
– Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
– Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
– Provide answers and/or advice to customers based on their particular requirements and customer profile.
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Experience: 0 to 4 yrs
Education: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Graduate fresher (B.E/B.Tech fresher can also apply)/Undergraduate can apply. Undergraduate should have minimum 6 months of International Call Center Experience.
– Should have good troubleshooting knowledge on Hardware/OS
– Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
– Should be open to work rotational shifts
– Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
– Good listening and responding skills.
