Job Description:

Participate on a 20-30 person team responsible for the development/support of NCR’s HR application environments used globally to support over 29,000 employees in over 60 Countries. The primary application is PeopleSoft HR and the primary database is Oracle. Interact with other developers and users to promote information sharing, coordinate enterprise information architecture, validate user requirements, and provide software deliverables using a CMM-based engineering process to ensure the security, quality, performance, and accessibility of the HR solution

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum of 1 year PeopleSoft HRMS development/support experience (version 9.0 and higher preferred)
2. Minimum of 1 year experience developing and customizing interfaces using SQR and Component Interface.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience on Oracle 8.x or higher. • Proficient in Oracle and SQL
4. Experience working in UNIX is preferred. NCR’s HR environment is a single global instance of PeopleSoft v9.0. The footprint includes the following modules: HRMS eRecruit Self-Service: ePay, eProfile Payroll for North America Payroll Interface
