1. Should have good knowledge on JAVA. Should be ready to do Oncall Support and work on tickets.
2. This is a requirement for T2 support involving on-call rotation.
3. The resource would need to learn and understand the application partly using existing documentation and partly on the job and start providing 24X7 support involving on-call rotation.
4. The member needs to be on-call for a duration of 2 to 3 weeks in a month.
5. During the on-call period, he/she can work regular work hours from office and support the remaining hours from home using company provided cell phone and laptop.
6. He/she will be called on the support phone only if there are critical or high tickets raised in that application.
7. Irrespective of whether he/she gets calls during the on-call period, he/she will be receive on-call allowance for the entire on-call duration.
8. Again, if he/she needs to work afterhours for let’s say 2 hours to resolve a critical/high ticket, he/she can come to office late the next day by 2 hours.
